WEIGHT AND BALANCE
The balance of the racket remains unchanged. Nevertheless there is a margin of error of +/- 2 grams compared to the original weight (the major brands usually announce a difference of +/- 7 grams between different rackets of the same model).
This difference, if it occurs, is hardly noticeable on the tennis court.

DELAY
It takes 2 to 3 weeks for having a a new design on your racket (to send your racket(s) to the FRAME workshop, produce the design and deliver it).
SHIPPING OF YOUR OWN RACQUET(S)
If you already own one or more racquets, they should be sent in a slightly larger box.

To protect the rackets during the transport, it is necessary to place bubble wrap inside the box.
​
The shipping label is edited by us, you will just have to print it, place it on the box and drop it in the nearest pick up point.
Same thing to receive your freshly redesigned racket, they will be sent to the nearest pick up point.
Count 20€ of shipping costs for a shipment within Europe
International shipping is possible (different shipping costs depending on the country).

THE PRICE
The price of a FRAME design is 150€ and 110€ for a one color design (ex: Full glossy Black)
(shipping cost not included).
This price includes a new set of grommet that need to be changed during the customization process.
